I had to use Scan Tailor Fill Zone feature to attempt to clean the pages that were right against the edge, it was done manually one page at a time. A little more clean up with a photo editor. The diagrams are still spotty like in the original scan.
I used ChessCaissa's version, Thanks to him and the uploader !
