I think that in some countries there are dificulties in acessing and downloading from mega.
I don't know if that is the case...

or try just another browser (not your standard-browser) for the download, kudatrojan...
it worked for me in some cases but please ask me not why...

it depends which cores your pc use, aust...

AVX = AMD Bulldozer
POPCNT = modern CPU
GEN = General CPU Architecture
64 = older CPU's
BMI2 = Intel Haswell only

in your case:
POPCNT = modern CPU

but you have a good chance that AVX is also possible for your PC! just try it out
